Rocky Mountain Taco is the creation of three longtime Vail Valley residents with a passion for authentic Mexican food. The three owners, Jose Reza, Chris McGinnis and Dan Purtell, have worked, fought, and cried together in kitchens for over a decade. With authentic Mexican cuisine made fresh from quality ingredient, Vail’s favorite food truck is ready to feed the masses with the “World’s Most Best Taco!”
