Our story began many years ago with our grandfather Jose Flores. He lived in a small town in Mexico called Juchitlan, Jalisco. From a very young age he worked in his father's fields and Carniceria. He did everything from butchering to selling. Now, we, his grandaughters, continue the tradition. Many years later in the small town of Tarachi, Sonora a young man left to pursue his dreams. After many years of hard work and finding the love of his life, they opened their first Carniceria in 2003. Serving Pueblo, Colorado for over 6 years and Tucson, Arizona over 3. When the two families came together, they opened their very 1st Sonoras Prime Carniceria & Taco Shop here in Colorado Springs.
